Molybdenum electrode is a metal electrode, can be made into a variety of plates, rods, ball shape, foreign fused kiln basically using molybdenum electrodes. Molybdenum electrode production process in two ways: First, after first hydroforming molybdenum powder sintering, after forging and heat treatment to form a resistance to deformation of the grain structure. Currently, electrodes are typically made ​​of molybdenum bar electrodes, and a plate electrode formed rarely. The rod-shaped common electrode diameter between 32 ~ 50mm, the rod-shaped electrodes bold trend diameter can be 100mm. The length of the rod-shaped electrode can be provided between 1 ~ 2m. The electrode may be provided with a flat end connecting thread, the thread used, a great advantage can be pushed into the electrode. To facilitate screwing the electrodes, a small amount of lubricant may be used, but must be lead-free lubricant.
